And did he bring peace to the Middle East? It is difficult for me to understand how a person of average-or-above intellect can look at Bush's accomplishments in the Middle East and not acknowledge them as such. This man has boldly taken it on himself to eliminate the threat caused by MidEastern anti-Americanism. And while it isn't done yet, the progress is nothing short of amazing. Bush has effectively marginalized Arafat. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has removed Saddam. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has made it possible to remove our military from Saudi Arabia. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has brought Syria under control. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has destroyed Al Qaeda's ability to hit us on our soil. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has destroyed Al Qaeda's ability to train new people in Afghanistan. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has given us back BILLIONS in confiscated tax dollars. HUGE accomplishment. Bush has brought dignity to the White House. Just a natural outgrowth of his decency. It kills you to admit he has turned out to be such a fine president, doesn't it?
