Noise cancellation could be huge. Most people are continually surrounded by noise, so much that they do not even realize it. "Silence" could become popular again, IMO. Personally, I love a trip to the mountains with no TV, no radio, just silence.

If you find some interesting companies and/or information in this area, please pass it along.

Plus a quote from a mag, "165 dB will literally melt ear wax." (one way for those with the problem to solve it). I might add, and create many other strange bodily effects.
HIDA/LRAD is said to be able to achieve 165 dB. In contrast to the Wyle unit, HIDA/LRAD weighs only 45 lbs. and is relatively, very small.
Many understand neither the unique combination of the features of the HIDA/LRAD units, nor the myriad usages to which they will be put.
Best,
Savant
