LOL, talk about the tail wagging the dog of the clueless. The fed controls interest rates and money supply. The fed is independent. And Contract with America had nothing to do with Fiscal responsibility. LOL... that's your opinion. LOL... It was all mr. bill, mr socialized medicine that got nowhere. yes when mr. bill put all efforts in creating a massive medical spending program and that was trashed he had no fallback mega spending plans and lucked into looking fiscally responsible. LOL.... what a maroon.
