Guess you're a fan of multi-billion dollar 'no bid' contracts for spending the taxpayer's money. Wonder if you ALWAYS support large no-bid contracts... I mean, regardless of which group of politicians is in office. If no... than you are merely a partisan, willing to divert the taxpayer's money to support your particular political hobby horse. If yes... than you are that most old-fashioned of creatures, a fan of cronyism and political patronage in all of it's manifestations. A throw-back to the Chicago and NY of the twenties and thirties....
