Ah, Bill, misreading posts again. If you check the text you clipped into this message you will note the term "international institutions". The Bush folk lack any credibility on this one. So where can it be found. Well, definitely not in the US. Some international institutions would have to put together a credible team to examine the evidence, so far as I'm concerned. I would be happy to have the UN do it but could certainly see the possibility for others to do so. Would the Bush folk accept that? I doubt it. So I think we are now moving into territory in which the spin folk take over and we never know.
