I'm not sure I understand your 'venture capitalist' argument. According to Yahoo the sales are by company officers.

Sorry, I did not check out the recent sales, but the last months it has been the VCs selling off their holdings when the discussion came to insider sells. Insiders sells are always difficult to evaluate since there can be lots of reasons for insider to sell their holdings: New car/house, kids go to college, a new girlfriend or just diversifying their own portfolios. Insider purchases are by far more indicative.

LEXR has been very volatile over the last year, so it may be a good idea to get out for the moment, even if the general direction is up. Rather taking the risk of not winning than the risk of losing money (again).

The other risk is the general market direction. A lot depends on how long the current run-up of the market is sustainable without suitable economic data. It looks very much like a bull trap to me. I would not be surprised if we would see $5 for LEXR again before we see $10.
