If none of the 16 'sell' stocks convert to 'buy', but the 84 'buy' stocks continue to rise, bpNDX will stay at 84%. It's important to realize that. NDX can rise further without bpNDX changing

Gottfried, if I remember the "rules" correctly, what you say is true but since we are at or near a bp extreme we have to be on the lookout for a turn down in it of some per cent, correct? This then would imply a potential deeper correction, unless it reverses up again right?
