TLT is a exchange traded bond fund. Under 20 year maturities. Yielding about 5% now.

<I found it interesting that the state of Illinois (I think) plans to sell bonds so they can buy stocks. Who would buy a bond so the issuer can buy stocks?>

I think that bond for stocks was misinfo bs. I hear it was reported on CNBS by the Ferret as selling bonds to buy stocks. More likely the stupid saggy eyed on air all day and night skank didn't understand what she was talking about. Or she was fed the misinfo and took it hook line and sinker. Drooling it out to the public as some Pimp intended her to do in the master scheme.

TLT is the ticker for Ishare 20 year treasure. I heard that there are fewer traders in the bond market, and these bond traders are more insightful of market trend, i.e., they do know more. So I wonder if the bond market is somewhat an indicator for what's going to happen to QQQ or MDY.
