MulhollandDrive,re:"what's wrong with this picture". There is a legal scam going on. This country needs a lot of money to operate, especially the military expansion, the call of duty from GOD to rid the world of evil. There is no easy way to 'funnel money' to oil the 'war machine'. Bush must have promised 'someone' to do 'something' under 'some condition'. Hey, it's a WIN-WIN-WIN situation for the 'circle of friends and families'. Mercy!!! God bless America for this 'scam/scheme', so legal, so obvious.
