Clinton made no major changes to Bush Sr's policy in Iraq, nor would it have been politically feasible to do so. You're the one claiming that, President Clinton ordered the deaths of hundreds of thousands in Iraq - GENOCIDE This is a rather extreme distortion of what I wrote, and of the truth. Clinton made no active hostile modifications to the sanctions that Bush Sr. put in place although he made no great effort to lift them. None of this could be termed genocide by anyone who knows the english meaning of the word. TP
