Have you seen Brasil? That moustachoed guerilla swapping over the water and the toilet pipeline... Oh man...Snap out of it now, DJ! I think the Habermas declaration is a push in the right direction. I tried to get Rorty's article in original (Süddeutsche today), because it makes sense to me and because it complements, what I translated. You know what? Could not find a trace of it (learnt a thing or two about the author tho). If you do happen upon it (here the German translation) sueddeutsche.de I would mucho appreciate. The english title should be "Humiliation or solidarity" and I thought it would be just crazy to translate it back to original English - must be somewhere on the net.
