LOL! I didn't vote for him, and I'm not a Republican. Sorry, but maybe you shouldn't hang here so much.....you're beginning to sound like one of them. ;~)) What I am glad about, though, is that Bush has given our enemies a reason to fear, which is something they haven't had for quite some time; moreover, I'd have praised that course of action regardless of the party affiliation of the President. Hmmmmm............is it you want our enemies to fear us, or is it really respect you're looking for? Personally, I prefer the latter. And as for the current state of our enemies.....the weak ones like Syria or the Saudis......they probably fear us after Iraq but maybe they always did. The strong ones like Osama and Iran........they simply hate us more. I am not sure how much the war in Iraq has gained us but I do know its benefited bin Laden's cause. Having said that: feel free to weigh in whether or not you know what you're talking about. Thanks for the offer........however, with this thread, its too much the home of the loyal opposition. <g> ted
