Those trailers could've been like a bioweapons production sales demo or training facilities that Rumsfeld brought with him in the early 90's when he was flogging bio and chem. weapons to Saddam. Could be a good reason why the Administration had prior knowledge of their exsistance. Who knows? They probably haven't been used for anything in particular in years.

The trailers were WMD and they were the development of WMD. If you really think leaving saddam in power to continue development on a smaller and smaller stealth WMD, your are an idiot.
