They haven't forgotten anything. The reason they didn't participate in the Iraq war was because they could see it was a scam and didn't want innocent blood on their hands just to grab someone's oil. In fact. I am sure if there was the slightest hint of legitimacy behind the US desire to invade Iraq, the whole world would have joined in and not just a motley bunch of self-seeking opportunists.
