Sorry, you should read the preamble to the Constitution. It does not look for ways to provide for individual defense, nor to promote personal welfare, nor any other individual act. The constitution is a plan where people can work together and in doing so can avoid having an individual as ruler.

The Constitution was never intended to guarentee anything to anyone in England nor is it an appendix to the Wealth of Nations. It is the plan for <font color=purple>We the People</font>, not <font color=purple>I the person</font>.

I never realized that selfishness and greed were the basis of our Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution.
