Please define "light" Have you never had an epiphany ? Light is the first thing your God created ! Light is the abscence of ignorance in the spiritual sense , the abscence of darkness in the physical sense . It is the mind awakened , the nervousystem illuminated ...and for the prepared & dilligent mind it is discovery. What is "Light " ? Ask yourself ----> What is a "revelation'? What is meant here in the scripture : "The lamp of the body (soma) is your eye. When your eye is faultless, your whole body (soma) is bright; but when it is evil your body (soma) also is dark. So beware, lest your light is darkness. So then, if your whole body (soma) is bright, without any part dark, the whole will be bright, as when a shining lamp illuminates you." What is the light ? It is the central theme of all your teachings for heaven's sake brian . The first form of worship by human beings in the form of light heat and warmth ...from the SUN, stars and heavenly bodies over all. Makes all things grow and devleope , and rules and illuminates all things on the earth. The light of devotion , the light of the home fire , the light of the holy candle , and on and on and on. Man is the creature that "looks up" to and wonders what is the light. Man is the creature that looks up, the creature that sees and even sometimes remembers . The one who has "awe" for the light and fears it's disapperance. The light of a mothers tenderness , a father's protection , a grandmother's wisdom . They have prayers in Hinduism that just repeat over and over again Light "light light light light "....they were lighting candles before Moses. old stuff this is , Christianity just tried to change the packaging , and monopolize the light . It's the one thing you cannot monopolize . Sorry brian. When you SEE your wife giving birth , ask me again: "what is light " ;-) PS: And you'll be glad to have a doctor at the hospital present I'll assume rather than a priest ?
