Which flavor of voice do you think the RBOCs are planning on deploying in connection with their proposed FTTP platforms? PCM over emulated circuit over ATM delivery? VoIP? A variation of CaleLab's Packet Voice?

When it comes to video serving, what there?

And since it will be beneficial for the service provider (the RBOC, in this case) to keep as much traffic "on-net" as possible, in order to conserve on upstream bandwidth, i.e. keeping bandwidth costs to a minimum, what form of caching and content distribution scheme(s) do you envisage them using for video? for 'Net content downloading to subscribers, and other forms of content delivery?
