You are really one sweet guy, Derek. Life is just a series of who you can one up, isn't it.

Okay, so we are finally going to have a serious conversation about this. First step that would help would be for you to provide me the links from which you got those quotes so I can read the quotes from the original sources, the context of the quotes, the dissents from these arguments, and the line of cases leading up to them.
