John, in any dispute between X and Y, when X says, "I taped the whole conversation and here's a transcript of the tape" and Y does not protest the transcript in any fashion, then I naturally incline to believe that the facts on X's side. Now I ask you, who is showing bias between the players here?

John, you are always such an unbelievable hypocrite. You take Derek to task for what you claim is an insult, and then your mind races to some parallel universe you've concocted on the spot where you know exactly how Derek would act if blah, blah, blah.... This is exactly why nobody outside of your kitchen ever takes you seriously for a moment.
