It about seeing recursion and the simple truth of recursion. The mobile lab is a delivery system delivery system. Context see the width of the sets of context. A dispersal system is also called a type delivery system. What carries that dispersal system is a delivery system. What is dispersed is the warhead. The mobile lab makes the warhead and delivers the delivery(dispersal) system. The mobile lab depending upon the rate of production can pulse warhead or have a continuous flow duty cycle.
