I don't quite understand how your statement relates to the fact, that Sweden is NOT richer than most other Western European States, while Switzerland is? Isn't it a mistake to say that the Swiss are a homogeneous population?

re:"Small homogeneous populations. Many polictical systems will work on a small scale having to take into account limited variations in the culture and nature of an area."
