i really haven't had my head handed to me--ifolloow 256 stocks and calculate my bp using what you call the dwa method--my bp bottomed on 3-7 at 28.37%--i calculate it on a weekly basis but track it daily-- and reversed up on 3/21 at 45.50% so i caught a lot of the move--my point is that when my indicator started to get in the high 60"s--the week ending 5/2--it was 67 .41%- i lightened up considerably and when it hit the 70 + % mark a week later--i was out of almost all of my longs--my only real point is that i tried to guess that this was the top--when in fact i should have held more of my longs and tightened up my stops--instaed i went short a bunch and basically have gotten stopped out of the majority of them
alternatively i could have sold my longs and sat in cash until i got confirmation that the trend had changed
i don't need to to get the exact top or the exact bottom--to make a lot of money--i just think it would be much wiser to go with the current trend when it is confirmed and it makes for much less stress

Tomorrow is going to be a sight for biotech longs if this imcle news travels around the sector.
