how do you do that. i tried. equity loan, no problem. creating a mortgage, impossible.

still thinking about taking a monsta fixed mortgage out on my home [don't have one] and buying gold, or even just putting it in a money market.

i am thinking the same thing. i hear there are 15-yr fixeds for 4.5%. i have been holding out for a 3-handle. perhaps the bond meltup will continue until GLD is available for trading.
