Ultimately (my main point being reiterated below*) it doesn't matter, but since you're raising the issue: in percentage terms, or in points?

And, more importantly: how exactly are you differentiating "more" vs. "greater"? LOL!

Based upon, specifically, are you defining that point as being "critical"?

...and the post correctly indicated the overvaluation despite several months from the top and the subsequent larger and more severe drop.

With stocks well into their decline and the media finally opting to howl about overvaluation, there was no prescience - but I concede, a fair amount of comedy - in saying that stocks were overvalued.
