Double SHIT

Know it would have been more work, but if they wanted to raise money by placing convertible debt I wish they would have come to existing shareholders.

I for one would have bought some (not $23 million worth) as a way to earn a 5% return and still have a price less than $2.50 for next 5 years.

My first thoughts as well Duff. Hard to figure unless, as was pointed out to me by a professional with who I consulted, the converts were placed with a "friendly" institutional investor which/who also owns the common and thus would have little to gain in selling shares short. Another consideration might be that Noam need not issue more shares to pay off the "old" converts, and obviously no added dilution in the short term. Since there may well be other implications and considerations, we need to hear more from Noam and MRV before drawing firm conclusions. However, based on past performance, we are very unlikely to get the complete story from the company....thus, a "positive" financial move could well be seen as a "negative" for the company. We remain at the mercy of our esteemed leadership for full disclosure.
