Mary Shaw is the name to which you refer, and she has been our personal assistant for a number of years. Jock's real name is not Jock, nor is it Hutchinson. Jock Hutchinson was a real life golf pro who indirectly (through the caddymaster) gave "Jock" his first set of golf clubs when "Jock" was ten or eleven. Jock also gave "Jock" his first golf lesson at about that time. The real Jock won a couple of very important golf tournaments in the early 1920's. The real Jock was supposed to be a very swearing Scottish man, and "Jock" learned at a young age to do a good imitation of him, which he still did. So "Jock" became known as "Jock Hutchinson". The obituary, published in the Chicago Tribune because of "Jock's" work with the homeless people in the Uptown area of Chicago makes enough references to what "Jock" posted here that it would confirm his identity. But it does not refer to his trading LSI Logic or his posting on the Silicon Investor, or having the nickname of "Jock Hutchinson".
