It's difficult for me to believe you are still allowing mmmary to post on either site, much less respond to her inanities. We've a standard policy where I work. If a prospect's demands or attitude indicate complications and difficulties resulting in a no-profit transaction ~ Give 'em $50 bucks and send them to the competition. It'll save you problems and cause them for your competitors. Terminate the woman before the rest of the community loses respect. Let her take her business to RB or Yahoo. Send her a nice polite "decline to pursue further business" letter, refund her money, and give her the boot.
