They are making a profit, they are a 10 man company, like any small business they have some value. The clean shell is worth $200k. What the rest of it is worth is dependent on what vending/slot machines they can sell versus what it costs to produce them. Webbox has a declining subscriber list but it still produces a nice cash flow considering the size of the company. The K-W machines disaster left them with this claim which could put them under. A couple of years of good machine sales could wipe that out. Can they do it? who knows? They have a serious investor relations problem and perhaps should not be a public company. Would I recommend anyone to buy now? no I would not. But I am not going to dump and lose what I have invested I am willing to gamble they will survive and I can at least break even.
