Probably from the talking heads that like to get face time...The US Government has said nothing, to my knowledge. I believe her father said "her mind was as good as it ever was...." To me that meant IQ ....not emotional stress and/or damage. Two different things. And really, it is up to Jessica herself to tell her own story.... Most of us shudder to even think what even happened. The other woman was paraded on TV and then was killed. As were several of the men.....
