Have we now moved from calling Prop 13 a young vs. old issue to calling it a poor vs. rich issue?

no, i always called it welfare for the rich and middle class. i believe you were engaging in the age argument with somebody else.

i suggest you not project the arguments of others onto my own. instead, consider my example of the 2mil house in Austin vs. San Diego. if one owner pays 50K and the other pays 2K, then that's welfare pure and simple. for the rich.

I'm the one who calls it a young vs. old issue because I tend to associate the elderly with greed and a willingness to screw the younger generations. That is just my assessment though, I'm sure plenty do not feel this way.
