Sharon is pulling back troops, thus making it easier for the next wave of suicide bombers to strike. (I suppose Jacob would argue that Sharon is deliberately killing the victims of the next suicide bomber). And strike they will - Al Aqsa isn't even giving lip service to the notion of a tempoarary cease-fire. All Arafat need to do is sabotage Abu Mazen. And Arafat is very, very good at sabotage.
