Jay, true enough, $110,000 is a lot of loot for nearly all other countries, though I dare say some small fry, such as Switzerland, Luxembourg and others come close. I won't calculate the figure for the USA [for obvious reasons related to the popularity of credit cards and other credit arrangements in the USA where they live for the future and promise to pay some time, one of these days, really] and although sheep and sheeple are nice, we don't have that kind of moolah hanging around the farm. But in absolute terms, it's not a lot of money - just a Lexus plus some fuel vouchers. Mqurice

Some observation on US equity market. Zombies (pennies with perennial negative eps) have been alive and have gone tripled to quintupled. Normally they start slow and go up 5x to 10x which coincides with end of greater market bull run. This time they start off at hyperbolic curve. Check all the biotech wanabees. Many others in same boat. Methink end of this mini bull run (bear trap) will end within 3 to 4 weeks, coinciding with the start of summer doldrum?, and enough time for hypes. But what do I know?, four years ago the topping process took nine months and lots of "new economy" talk for justifation of the 100 to 1000 pe's.
