mrcjmoney, Thank you very, very much for your great advice and encouragement. I will definitely follow those steps. I understand it is not going to be easy, but I will be very persistent, work hard/smart to ensure my track record continue to be good, and reach out to the managers/public to make myself and my recommendations known. I am confident that I will seize that opportunity some day in the next couple years.

mrcjmoney, I am trading emails with tilson and trying to determine the best way for me to work with him... Anyway my VICL is doing great, 22% in less than a week. I do have another great value stock brewing - a biotech having a FDA approved drug and pipeline, profitable for the past year, trading at 2.8 while cash at 3.8 with no debt. It is breaking out to a new 52-week high today. Don't want to give out ideas like that for free, trying to see if I can co-author an article with him. If you can send me private message with your email address, I would gladly tell you - I see you as a mentor and really helping me out. Best, Steve
