Are we sure the investigation is looking for overly aggressive recognition rather than overly conservative recognition? Either could result in misstatement.

You've stated your true-blue I-Love-IBM opinion on the plant sale.

It was acctg fraud to book it as op profit; that is not GAAP-compliant in the least. It was a one time gain and you and i both know it.

Arrow, even you, as a IBM love-it-or-leave-it kinda guy have to admit that when the co significantly misses top line revs and yet still beats the net EPS target by 2 cents, something is amiss.
