Hi hueyone, although those practices are most certainly aggressive, I wouldn't call them illegal. If those companies such as Metrocomm had borrowed money from some bank and then purchased Cisco equipment, you wouldn't have had anything to post.

However, the real question is whether their reserve for bad debt was calculated properly to account for all this stuff.
