The Feds have been very aggressive with Martha, but notably "forgiving" with: -- Ken Lay -- Jeff Skilling -- Bernie Ebbers -- The whole cast of characters at Global Crossing and so on. I guess they figure that Martha is the poster-child to go after because of her visibility, and she can be sacrificed (giving the IMPRESSION of great diligence on the part of the authorities) while the heavy-duty scam artists walk. Such is "morality" in a world where greed is king and where political contributions have bought your immunity. Namaste! Jim
