So, he was "lying" in that he seemed more confident than he really was? What a joke! Name one claim he made in that UN presentation that you can show to be a lie, GST. Otherwise, just admit he was not lying and stop trying to make up new definitions of "lying" because you can't live with the fact that he presented only facts.
