$800M of internally generated cash by 02/07, when there will be none til late '04 at the earliest? I have always doubted it. On the other hand, it would seem to me that it would very easy to refinance in '05 or '06 if they are really generating income.

It is also still possible that the '06 issue will in fact be converted into equity at the 60/sh conversion price. If the MDI and Estorra are anywhere as successful as the company (and most of us) think they will be, that is in fact probable.

If they sell 50% of the Estorra it may cover some of the cash needed. NVS is doing badly in CNS area, so they may felt well with this deal (if at all)?
