You really though that I was serious that WebNodes should sue SEC for infringment? Engaged in the displacement of our original conflict, mayhaps? Yup. The reason I made the mistake of responding to you in the first place was to correct your humorless, erroneous, blanket statement, namely, in bold: Of course if I were to post a fake press release, that would indeed be fraud. -- #reply-18996047 I said, "Not necessarily," and cited the most obvious exception.
