John reUnfortunately, occasionally we get a few Vesper sized "Ah $hit" events along the way too. Comes with the territory. And if we are going to consciously embark upon such a seeding strategy, then we should at least recognize that the bad is a cost of getting the good, and not just pro-forma it away. Qualcomm is stuck in a political landscape and as we know, regardless of the scientific validity, bad politics can trump good science. Sometimes you cant win, but many times it is still best to play the game. Sometimes you never know whether it is the next dollar that is going to provide the break through you have been working on for so long. Jeff Vayda
