Of course, I think that insider trading is no crime at all, and if it is one, it's essentially victimless.

How can you say its victimless when Joe Sixpack lost money on his 300 shares of ImClone. How dare Martha not lose just as much money. I demand Equality of Result.

Regards
Jay

A new legal doctrine - Stewart deserves criminal prosecution for being incredibly stupid. She devotes her life to a loony perfectionist crusade to be Miss Perfect and makes hundreds of millions or more. Well done, hard work is rewarded in a fair world.

Then she plays insider games with a pocket change amount of stock so she won't "lose money"?

She is clearly too dumb to have so much cash on hand and an unsullied reputation.

And so it goes.....
