SOX 382 breaks will lead us to 404 resistances a major one where we may see a retreat to 372 levels; accordingly QQQ will play within 31.2 to 28.6 bands. S&P I would like 982 to be hit we close above that two days we will take out 382 on SOX to close around 403 area. We fail at 982 we will consolidate at 942.

President Bush made a promise to Prince Abdullah of SA for use of Saudi space in the war in which he would concentrate on solving the Israeli / Palestinian problem after the war. The Prince made this condition probably more for political capital at home for himself. The President is now fulfilling that promise. I'm not sure if Abdullah really expected much from it but the cover it afforded him by making the demand. I believe the Prince will be surprised by the level of success this President can achieve in the world's most difficult conflict. We shall see!
