Fine, as long as there is cost and benefit analysis.

That doesn't happen when we're mostly too lackadasical to go to public meetings to demand answers on actual output of these departments and results of dollars, full transparency and disclosure of every public dollar and program.

When we remodel our kitchen or put up a new roof, I don't think that's anyone's concern.

Anything else is simply profiteering by gov't, looking for something that can be taxed, and not moved.
