Go out and do something constructive.... Like work. Not wait to be funded. Actual work. Gotta have jobs available first.. And that takes capital to create businesses. And capital is loath to enter places where there is such great political instability and corruption. And politicians are unwilling to permit business interests to grow so strong that they challenge their own grip on power, or provide an alternative to the crisis mentality that is fostered by those currently in power (Arafat).
