FWIW, I've been out of the mortgage cos, but I think they have a 50/50 chance of continuing to reap profits this year.

Current investments are numerous smallcap growth in tech areas that I know professionally and short-term r.e. ventures where I can lock in an exit strategy and add value immediately. Gold, I've got NEM is all, for 5% of the port.

afa the revolution, be sure to stock up w. plenty of canned goods, ammunition, Alex Jones CDs... <g>
