Then the American Indian can be consider a Native non-American? The Puritans arrived in the colonies in the early 1600s about the same time of the Plymouth Rock landing. So I am not certain what you mean when you say that the Puritans came later. When push came to shove, the Puritans took up arms. Sure they were willing to be pacifists as long as the "natives" went along with the colonist's plans. Just like the Zionists, heh?
