IPO market should heat up in Sept OCT, I know of several really good candidates that need to come out. There is a lot of technological uncertainty, which fuels some of the programs being run today. SIRI just turned over their enormous float creating a whole new generation of bag holders...how typical. But the hedgies will be the big story in 04 and I dont mean in a positive way. These guys are on a fast track to loosing mega bucks. Their entire premise was engineered to make $ secondarily, and that guarantees they will loose more than anyone imagined. Trying to win a political battle by destroying the wealth of so many innocent people is just not good politics...
