I admit, it does seem like the Feds are overreacting to the Martha Stewart situation, perhaps this was the straw that broke the camels back, perhaps it was her attitude and apparent lying, or perhaps they just dont like her. Who knows, but I dont think the Martha Stewart thing is Political, no politician in his right mind would want to touch that hot potato. jdn

It's another fiction of the Marxist/Leninist anti-American domestic enemy that anyone wants to protect Ken Lay. If they did, they'd indict NOW (or, more specifically, last year.)

Pre-mature indictments, based on incomplete preparation, in complicated white collar cases are the surest path to exoneration by a jury-and, if not-then by an appeals court.

As for Stewart-who cares, other than Blowhard Bill O'Reilly?...
