Yes it is. Just like the moment you pay $10 to the grocer is his money, even if originally came from your pocket.

Moreover calling money in the government pockets "your money" at a time we are running a deficit is even more bogus. This is yet another example of the republicans openly misstating the facts (peeing into the cup) and you wholeheartedly buying into the lie (drinking the "lemonade").
