RR,

I've noticed the same happened to the '04 options for the $30 strike.

I just figured that all the time value had gone out of them. Sort of like owning the stock, without getting the
dividends.

I am intrigued by your conclusion that this foreshadows
a decline in the price of MO. I don't have enough experience to interpret this phenomenon. I'm interested
in hearing other's comments on this, though.
